First use, band snapped (update) No issues
Updated review. The company rectified the issue in a very quick professional manner. I recieved new bands and they work fantastic. I have not any issues with the replacement(Old review)I follow the instructions, checked all the cables. Went to go use the 70lb strap did two reps of 10 and starting my 3rep the band snapped and flung past my face. Was almost a tiktok blooper. A little nervous to use the others.

I don't trust bands
So, is it a good set? Sure. They offer resistance. But is the weight they say it is for sure the weight? I have doubts.I'm not big on resistance bands because I should not be able to curl 100lbs with such ease. In DBs I curl 60s, but to be able to put a 90, 50 and 10 lbs resistance band together, remove all slack and still be able to curl it 15 times tells me that there's something untrustworthy about using bands.Just to test my theory, I went to Dick's sporting goods and grabbed their 100lbs resistance band. Put it tightly under my boot. And curled it using just my middle finger. Now this isn't to say you can't get a good workout or pump with resistance bands. You'll just have to do it with Volume > Load. So instead of anticipating being able to keep your 4, 6, 8, 10 rep range, anticipate workouts with 15, 20, 30 or even 40 rep ranges to really engage the muscle, create blood flow and tear the fibers. Will you get ripped from these?Depends on how you use them honestly. If you have a daily routine where you hit a certain muscle group with a high volume workout, then sure you'll see results, increase strength, endurance and maybe even add a little mass. But will you create an environment to have a solid weight loss, lower blood pressure, increase cardiovascular health? Probably not. These will not offer you the ability to increase your HR enough to see a large difference in physique and overall health. To properly engage in a regiment to change physique and over all health, you need to be able to get your HR up into a zone that allows your body to pump harder and burn storage for energy. My experience with these have been a steady HR as if I wasn't even working out at all.OverallI'd recommend this for avid gym goers who would like to keep a pump, or add a pump before a night out or to warm up your muscles first thing in the morning. I'd recommend this for beginners to start to learn certain motions and movements before hitting real weights. It's also good for beginners to add some resistance to their muscle for endurance and stability before getting into a real lifting routine.

Much better
I’ve used these bands a few times. They are stiff right out of the box. After several workouts the start to have more of a smooth flexibility. As you can see I don’t use the strap and door system, so I can’t comment on that.As seen, they store easily. (Don’t use the bag either)Great for home gym use.Well, I’ve had these 2 1/2 months. Just got slapped in the back when the 70 lb band came apart!!Update 4/18/24Customer Support was awesome! They replaced the set of bands within a week or so.After 3 weeks use, 5 out of 7 days. The new set of bands are holding up nicely.I will tell you this after using 2 different sets. If the bands come out of the package stiff and covered with a lite powder…. Be careful,The second set came out clean and soft. The resistance is smooth throughout the movement.I would buy these as a gift.

Replaced defective resistant band.
Due to the 90lb resistant band breaking shortly after purchasing, I wrote a bad review. Since then the company contacted me and offered to replace the bands at no charge. I've been using the band now for over a month. They are holding good. I've been stretching them to beast mode lol. I reckomened this product. Also excelent service. They stand behind there product.

Perfect
I have bought things like this in my past. Never really used them consistently. This, I have used very consistently. These provide a great workout wherever you are. Love the included accessories. I purchased a bar separately for these and have been loving that, too. I have been very focused on getting my body into shape and have focused heavily on what I eat. These bands have had an effect on my strength. I use them daily. I exhaust every muscle I can with these. My arm is getting a bit more veinny. I am just loving the simplicity of these. You can create yourself a great workout routine and will notice results if you stick with it.

Excellent Quality
I just received this product today. The quality is excellent. I selected this unit because it covers 10lb through 60lb in 10lb increments. 30-40LB is good for me. My strong son found 40-50lb was excellent. For my wife, she will use some of the lighter weights. So, the assortment was excellent. Also, I compared this to other offerings by looking at the connectors, and this unit looked like it would hold up and not rip over time. It looks like it will last a very long time.I am very happy with my purchase. It was definitely worth the price that I paid.

Snapped the first 2 in 2 months
I'm not a big guy; 5'7" and 145, and not supper strong as I'm almost 60. I workout 3X a week and only used these bands for shoulders and biceps; 50 reps, 3X each. I snapped the 10lb, 20lb, and 30lb bands in a couple of months, and I snapped the 40lb today. They all snapped at the attach points, so there's obviously some sort of manufacturer's defect, at least with the ones I received. The cheap Walmart brand I had before these lasted 10 years.
