Nicely balanced sauce.
This is a good quality paste. Perfect for creating an authentic dish. As always peoples tastes vary and I tend to add a little additional coconut milk just to temper the heat and subdue the heat (Personal preference). However as a starting component this very good and has an authentic flavour, but you can always add to it whatever you like to create your own preferential flavour. My friend and colleague adds a little brown sugar, but then she has a sweet tooth!, Enjoy 👍🏻👍🏻

Good old Amazon
My favourite Thai curry sauce which has disappeared from ny local Waitrose and Sainsbury's stores. They both are producing their own versions of world spices and other ingredients and this sauce doesn't compare with the Barts version. Also it is really good value buying it in bulk.

Great flavour
Used for green Thai chicken curry but only need half a jar for two chicken breasts as quite hot

Love the taste
Outstanding flavour, making my absolute favourite Thai curry so quick and easy to make…. BUT… the six jars were sent in a thin paper envelope which is no protection for glass jars containing such fine paste. As a result they arrived broken and covered in their own delicious oily essence.

Broken seal
When arrived one jar had bust seal leaked oil out and had to throw away as no idea when seal had bust and air got into jar so had to bin.

Every jar was blown when they arrived. Refund was quick and easy though!
