Pretty tasty
I enjoyed this Kimchi though it could have been a bit spicier. That's fixed easily enough with some red pepper. It probably could have used a little more crunch but overall the flavor and texture were there. I used it as a part of a Korean Barbecue bowl I've been making. Would buy again.

Stir-Fried Can Kimchi has just the right amount of crunch & taste
the Stir-Fried Can Kimchi has just the right amount of crunch. especially for being in a can. It's not all mushy like other reviews have suggested. The cabbage chunks have "crunch" to them. I think it's sealed very well as it still has a level of freshness to it. I think it's a good tasting product. The cans are convenient for those who don't want to buy the large refrigerated jars at stores.

Jongga can do better
Jonnga makes some really good varieties of kimchi, unfortunately this is not one of them. This comes in shelf-stable pouches, meaning it's pasteurized, meaning it's been cooked. It tastes like mildly spicy vegetable soup. Will not be buying again.

Like how this is shelf stable and in individual packs
This is not the best kimchi I've ever had but it's pretty good - I do wish it were spicier. I love how it's shelf stable and in (8) individual-sized packets. The expiration date from the kimchi I received is about a year out, so that gives me a little time. When I buy a 16 oz jar it usually goes to waste in fridge because I only eat kimchi about twice a week, and am the only one in the house that eats it. So the packaging is perfect in my case! The amount in (1) packet is the right size to add on top of a plate of white rice and makes a delicious dinner. Will buy again.

So Delicious, but Not Too Hot
We have been suffering since our favorite Korean BBQ closed. They made their own kim-chi, with not just cabbage but all sorts of veggies. All the ones we tried from the market were positively bland, flat, almost tasteless. Other restaurants, so-so. This is all cabbage, but the taste is there. If what you want is maximum burn, this will be too mild for you. We've had it with burgers and with hot dogs, sides of hot rice or mac salad. It has a good bite, but isn't a burnout, with good flavour. I'm saving the juice to see if I can add some zucchini and carrots and up the game. As it is, the two of us are mostly killing a can at a meal, so buy enough for your number of diners. I'm not sure only one 4-pack a month is going to be enough.

Don't buy it if you are shopping for real Kimchi.
It tastes terrible, despite the photo of nice large crisp Kimchee - you get tiny pouches of mush. I'd call it tasteless mush, but it's tastes really bad as well. It's about as close to real Kimchi as the photo's of Big Mac's are close to what you get at McDonalds. Bait and switch.

Jongga Spicy Napa Cabbage Kimchi
Jongga Spicy Napa Cabbage Sliced Kimchi. There are 8 ea. 2.8 oz packages. Cost is $19. This is the best option for getting fresh Kimchi. I’ve tried the canned version of Napa cabbage and the canned Kimchi was very soft and mushy. This tastes so much better. There was no leakage in any of the packages. The smell and spiciness is just right and comparable to what I had in Korea where I first tried it.

Excellent quality shelf-stable kimchi
Shelf-stable (no refrigeration required) pouches of kimchi. Quality is excellent, moderate heat level. Zero leakages noted after multiple orders, fresh smelling and excellent. Worth the money and a favorite of mine now.
