BLUU 2024 PLUS Patio Outdoor Offset Umbrellas Cantilever Umbrella 60 Month Fade Resistance

Bought an offset tilt umbrella last year. Very lightweight, blew all over in the wind and the tilt function was iffy at best. Now one of the spokes is broken. Thought this one looked nice so took a chance. It took me about 20-30 minutes to assemble and get it working by myself (I’m 60). The instructions were all diagrams and I found them pretty easy to follow. Make sure you take all of the packing material out of the inside of the umbrella before trying to open it. I didn’t see that in the instructions at first. This umbrella isMUCH heavier than my old one! I especially like that it has a track up one side so you can tilt the umbrella to wherever you want and click it into place. I also like the step on swivel release and the 360 swivel option. It has a cog so again, you can pick exactly where you want it and click it in place. The Velcro tabs are nice for hanging lights but be aware that you have to take them down when the umbrella is folded. I bought a two year warranty. I’ll update the review if problems arise, but for now I’m pleased.

I have bought a few different umbrellas over the years and this one appears to be extremely good value. Easy to assemble and provides lots of flexibility with many different settings. We have only had it for a few weeks and it appears sturdy and very good quality so far.

The umbrella itself seems nice- sturdy construction, pretty easy to put together. We just put it up, haven't road-tested it yet. Two stars is because the umbrella we got had clearly been previously returned. The box and some inner bags had been taped shut. The box was badly banged up. Everything was accounted for and it's too much of a hassle to return and reorder, so we're keeping it. I'm not opposed to buying "scratch and dent" items, but this was sold as new, it should have been new.Edit- Customer service reached out and offered to replace or refund. The umbrella itself is excellent quality, and the company stands behind their products. Would absolutely purchase from them again.

Love this rotating offset umbrella. Is high quality and easy to assemble. Was missing a small decorative piece and the company sent out a replacement. I would buy again. Have multiple umbrellas and bases from this company.

Covers wide area and easy to move around. Doesn't drop or sag when raining. Easy fold up and down.

I usually go for products on Amazon that have way more reviews but took a chance on this one. It is absolutely perfect!! Swivels, tilts and turns in many directions quite easily. Just make sure to close it up when not using. Highly recommend!

Upon delivery I took pictures of packaging because I was certain the umbrella would be broken or pieces missing. The box was ripped apart in places and the tape was not holding places together. All pieces, however, were in the box and assembly was quite easy and quick.The adjustable up, down, and 360 works really great and easy.I got the tan color and it looks good but, rethinking, a different color would have been 'fun'.
