Q: Will it fit 2017 Land Rover Discovery

No, it will not fit your Discovery. You can purchase a conversion kit to make it works, however i would recommend to buy the H7 LED kit with CANBUS (plug and play) instead of go through more complexity process.

Q: is this high beam or low beam?

It is both sets of beams, high and low, 4 bulbs total

Q: Will this work for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee low beam?

You can look at the list of vehicles and the years they work on. It should be in the description. I can tell you that most Jeep and Chrysler older models need a canbus decoder in order to work correctly. This is the case with my 2006 Town and Country.

Q: Installed on a 2016 jeep patriot and the lights flicker what do i need to do to fix this problem?

Get a canbus decoder. You can get them on amazon. It plugs into your headlight then you plug your headlight plug into it. You will understand when you see a picture. The LED's are low voltage so your car computer doesn't recognize it. The canbus thing makes it stop flickering. I had to use them on my 2006 Chysler. Jeeps are susceptible to this also.
