I have been looking for a true overnight brief for my husband. He only wants pull-on brief style, not tabs. He takes Flomax in the evening and sleeps on his side. Even with an added booster pad, he has to be changed during the night and early morning with the Egosan Super Absorbency pull on pants.

We use these for my 13 year old autistic son. They are BY FAR the best incontinence brief we have ever tried. The only limiting factor is cost. We tend to use them only if we are going to be out and about without access to a changing station for long periods of time. The Tranquility Overnight underwear are our go-to for routine daily use.

It was expensive. It absorbs great, but it isn't comfortable. My father wears them at night, and it has taken him a while to learn how to get used to them and keep them on all night. They're a bit too thick, so he finds them uncomfortable. They don't do any good if he takes them off at night, and he's cognitively diminished so can't remember how important it is to leave them on. I will say this: they absorb great, much better than over-the-counter brands.

After trying several types of pullups for my husband, these are the best I have used on him yet. I like they come up higher in the back for back sleeping; the coding on front that alerts if wet or not is great; the non-leaking he has experienced is excellent for travel away from home. Egosan Super Incontinence Adult Pull Ups are the top of our list.WIsh they came in 35 to package rather than these smaller packages but not a major problem.

They do not hug the legs for my mom like Depends. She wet right thru the legs. The material is kind of thick so it doesn't really move and adjust with her movement.

I already answered your questions and now have, pending, a purchase of your underwear. The product is good, but you should be more careful regarding sizes. I ordered a small quantity of Medium sized items, when the correct size should have been Large. I am now waiting for this purchase. Hope they work. Thank you

I have purchased other pull ups and always order mediums, your product seems much more absorbent but your medium is much smaller then the ones I’ve been using. So unfortunately I can’t give you a review on how well they work.
