So far, so good.
I was advised by an allotment keeper to buy one of these to protect my precious first cherry crop from the birds. My tree is still very small, with just a few clusters of flowers, so the 59' x 39' net was big enough. I made a tent shape with 3 slim plumbing pipes and it fits just fine. My friend assures me my small crop will be safe until they are ripe enough to harvest. Fingers crossed. The net is lightweight, so won't squash the flowers or the leaves, but seems to be quite strong fabric. The zip feels a bit flimsy, but works ok.

It didnt come with a zip
It didn't come with a zip but needed it to cover cherry tree, so had to use it. It is a lot smaller than the photos but overall the net is strong.

Quite impressive.
Pigeons ate the buds on our victoria plum tree before they had opened last year and we ended up with two plums! This year when they landed on a branch we decided to try this. It has bent some of the top branches so ive put up a long stake. It also spoils the view from the conservatory but at least its keeping the pigeons off and i can see the buds opening. It apoears to be quite sturdy and the zip works and its nice to be able to tie the bottom. Hopefully it will not act too much like a sail and damage the tree in wind.

Not as big as you think…
Very poor product. Firstly no indication on packaging or item as to size so had to unwrap to measure. Didn’t seem as big as listed however went ahead and tried to apply to small cherry tree. Fabric started to distort then rip as I tried to guide it over the branches. Under some tension as I tried to zip it up and more testing and rips by stitching of zip. I doubt it will survive the season if any of the branches are caused to move in the wind. Not suitable for purpose

Does the job
It does the job, but the effective size is smaller them the dimensions of the net suggest. Only works if you have a small tree.

Easy to use
I put this on our young cherry tree. We tried it with 1 support stick but it squashed the leaves so I used several to hold it away. I will also peg it down in case of curious critters coming in from below. Fingers crossed. The only criticism so far is that the fastening toggle is a bit fiddly to re-thread when it comes out. It's great to be able to unzip the mesh to feed & water! An update after 2 weeks use... make sure no aphids are trapped under the mesh. No predators (like ladybirds) can get to them. We had to remove the mesh & spray the aphid infestation. We may try the mesh again when the problem has subsided.

As anticipated
As I have never used one of these previously I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect.I have seen critical reviews of this type of product criticising quality and faulty zips .However, this net appears strong and the zip works perfectly..it is covering 2 dwarf fruit trees in a confined space but because of the wide openning zip it was aesy to fit.

Very poor quality
The zipper broke off at first try, Very poor quality. The net is incredibly thin and tears at the slightest snag.
