Yes, they do. I wished in cool water on delicate and dried on the lowest delicate setting and experienced significant shrinking.

Slight shrinkage, very minimal, these shirts are pre-shrunk. I don't have to worry at all about these shirts.... 3 yrs later they are still the same..
