I bought this product on April 4, 2018. The last time I plugged it in, sparks shot out of the USB port. I haven't used it since. I contacted Syncwire about warranty. I would prefer to just get my money back on this because since this is an item that oftentimes is plugged in and charging a device unattended, I fear of this causing a fire and burning down my house.

I bought this because it was quick charging. I’ve had it for almost two months and until recently I was really impressed. It charged my tablet and phone in no time. Now it seems slow. It’s taking hours to charge less than 50%. I think this charger should have lasted longer than two months. I’m very disappointed and left with fighting my husband for his charger.

Did a great deal of research on the web and bought this and the 4 port model.Very well made, sturdy, great features (charges at hight amps so devices that require more power charge fast),compact, good looking, and doesn't mind Apple's arrogrance, and fully automatic.Many other devices advertise high charging rate, but multiple devices share the total number of amps. Syncwirecan charge multiple high amp devices at high amp rates at the same time.May be made in China, but sure doesn't look like it. And, not at Apple's over the top price.

Product info clearly states "Fast Charge: Advanced technology charges any device at its fastest possible speed, up to 3A per port. (Does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge)" and they claim it works with Samsung S phones.I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it does not any faster than a basic/slow charger. My phone does 'fast charge' with an authentic Samsung fast charger'. So there is no issue with my phone.I have left feedback with the Syncwire (seller). I will return and try another seller who claims they sell a 'fast charger'.I will update this review if the seller responds.

The wife took this all over Europe this spring while on a month long Camino through Portugal, Spain and then on to Paris! The 3A charging ports allowed for USB C fast charging and the EU adapter worked well and didn't fall out like so many others!

Went to Europe a couple times in 2018. The first time I was in Paris and I thought it didn’t work because the hotel building was super old. Every time I plugged in the charger it would spark and the charging light indicator would fade out. Super bummer. I was again in Paris and Berlin and the same exact thing happened. It’s useless! And I had to spend €€ on buying one last minute to at least charge my phone so I could get around. Highly do not recommend. Wish I could get my money back.

It is fast charging and can be used in any country.Unfortunately, while in Ireland on July 17 2019, it stopped working completely. This was purchased on September 7 2018.The Despite the high cost, it is not reliable. I cannot buy it again neither can I recommend it to anyone else.I learnt that the return window has closed. Too bad.

I bought two: One for fast charging my phone since the charger supports 3A, and another for the road its perfect for charging my phone and Bluetooth headset or someone else's phone in a pinch. I think the 3 Amps are shared between 2 plugged in devices though, but that's ok for me with how compact it is. The solid plastic housing seems sturdy as long as you dont drop it from 5 feet or something, but even then it wouldnt surprise me if it didnt break.

Summary:I am very impressed with this charger, it is not as big as the picture make it out. I would say the frontal area of the charger is very similar to a Apple Iphone charger, it is only thicker by a bit. I love its size, and it very conviently stows away in my backpack when travelling (with all the adapters).A little more in depth: The material selection is the gloss black ABS, which I have to say I am not the biggest fan of, as it is a fingerprint magnet, but that point aside it feels stout in my hand and doesnt have much give in it, that would suggest it wont last long. The attachment method also feels it will last long enough for most people, I say this as i guess the hinge mechanism isnt industrial grade but definetly up to the task in this application. The attachment themselves are built as well as the main charging body and feel they are more than adequate for the task at hand. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have the original white ones which I love. But for some reason these take ages to charge. For example....I had my iPad on all night while I was sleepin...and it’s only charged it to 96%. It was my kids that first pointed it out....and I threw out their charging leads thinking it was those... but no...it’s all the chargers that I bought.

Very good product . I was expected to charge my Samsung s8+ in the same way like its official charge does but unfortunately it doesn't do fast charge. Anyway except for that,it's very good little device to charge other devices via USB port . I recommend it if you want to charge 2 devices at the same time !

I bought this to charge my battery pack as I didn't really have anything powerful enough. It takes a little bit longer than I thought but overnight it works well. Also charges my iphone and ipad if necessary.

i have used this for various phones, headphones and power banks, no issue so far and the additional USB output helps.
