Ellis Curtain Marcia Floral Vine Print Shower Curtain, 70 by 72-Inch, Green

Anyone who has been looking for kitchen/cafe curtains or valances knows they are NOT an easy find. The patterns out there range from plain solids in the worst array of colors to very busy and tacky prints. And usually the fabric is a cheap nylon sheer or thick heavy almost canvas like fabric. I have a very hard time curtain shopping and in my last apartment I ended up sewing my own kitchen curtains because I hated everything out there.Fast forward to my new house... I wanted something for my country kitchen with a small floral print and these are absolutely perfect. This tie-up variety hangs over my kitchen sink and I purchased three of the regular valances for the bay window also in the kitchen. The color is true to the picture. It's not a yellowed color as another described. I would say creamy off-white. The blue and green flowers make it a very cool tone...not yellow or warm at all. I think what I love the most is that the print is small enough to give the design a delicate country feel. For some reason a lot of the floral prints on curtains tend to be big and have the look of an old tacky couch.Also, the quality of these curtains is amazing. Usually you will find a lot of loose threads or sloppy machine stitching but these look like something you'd buy out of a nice curtain shop. For the price I was really amazed. I would buy more from this designer in a heart beat. They definitely know what they are doing.

Have bought several Ellis curtains, and this shower curtain is made with just a nice heavy cotton (not TOO heavy!). I also bought the Carnation Primrose shower curtain hooks, and they are an EXACT match (made for each other!). Quality is great, washes well on cold/delicate, low dryer heat. ONLY problem and why I took off 1 Star, is that the picture shows the background to be more yellow (like their curtain yellow). Background is more of a beige. Roses are medium pink with burgundy shadow. Green is medium/sage green. The look is more towards Shabby Chic, which is what I wanted! Lightened up my dark bathroom!! (Just wish Amazon still sold this pattern in 63" curtains!).

These curtains were just what I was looking for and when they arrived I was very pleased..the reason I gave a 4 star is because I was disappointed that the tie backs did not have button holes. They were literally tie backs

I am a returning customer - love love love Ellis Curtain!! I ordered this in blue for my newly painted bedroom - ordered for my window and then ordered the longer length to replace my closet door! My room now has the coziest country feel - love using curtains instead of closet doors especially that my openings are an odd size. Quality of fabric cannot be beat - stitching is professional all the way around. Keep up the good work - will be back to order as I complete my remaining rooms!

I have been wanting this exact curtain for so very many years and finally I found them here on Amazon. They look so great in my room for spring & summer! Don't hesitate to buy them. These have been around since the 1950's and I see why.
