Very good height and back support for 6foot plus people.Nice and supportive cushion.Personally found the back support quite helpful and adequate (don't need to keep a pillow anymore).Setup was nice and easy (I'd u like diy)Love the full recline - goes all the way.Overall was a bargain.

First Impressions... Delivery was the next day and it arrived very well packed. Instructions were clear and no missing parts.I do like this chair, not quite what I expected but I still like it. I was expecting the mesh to be see-thru but it is not, it is a padded nylon type material, nevertheless, the material appears to be breathable and is soft to the touch.Overall, the chair itself, within the frame is hard plastic and is solid and strong.Assembly was very easy, just follow the instructions and the order of construction and it will take next to no time, I was able to assemble it by myself and had an electric screwdriver to use even though it comes with an allen-key.Once assembled, I found the adjustable arms just fine; I prefer the hard plastic arms as past experience with other chairs where the arm has material, I have found that the material wears away quite quickly because of the constant movement of your arms.I was expecting the upper back area to be more finely adjustable (on top of the normal recline function) but maybe I misread this. The lower back support is just fine as it follows the natural contours of the body but it is in a fixed position.The wheels seem slow to move around on but actually, they are just fine to move around on as they will not allow you to use them as if you were on a skate park.The recline action and lock and the rise and fall are all just right but I did find that if you are short (height-wise) then the neck support is more of a head support as I was hoping that the headrest would actually support my neck better but I feel it does not adjust downwards enough (of course if you are tall, eg 170cm+) then it may well suit you better, but I will get use to it (it does offer a fair range of movements) and the seat angle does make a difference to wear the headrest interacts with your neck. If you are below 170cm in height then there may be a bit of an issue for good support for your neck.Once you adjust the amount of pressure needed to make the backrest recline, then you can have the seat set so that it gives you maximum support in your correct typing position and still allows you to push back to relax and recline.. there should be just enough pressure so that your back is supported in as upright a position as your body can handle.Overall, I give it four stars because the lack of more finer tuned upper back adjustment and the neck adjustment issues may well be of concern as time goes by, but I do like the chair but from a price point of view, the same chair under different names is advertised here on Amazon, over £100 more expensive, so this is defo the best value for the money..

This chair is really good a sun I am more than happy with it.The only downside is the assembly takes about 15/20 mins and is a lot easier with 2 people.Otherwise it is very comfortable with excellent back support ( I have had problems with my lower back and this chair really helps). It’s easy to use and It looks good too! Would recommend

I needed a new chair for my home office, since my wife bought a Songmics chair a year ago I wanted a similar one, Which model I couldn't find. I got a pretty good discount on this one which finally convinced me.Pros- Easy and straight forward to assemble.- Adjustable arm rest and chair height- Comfortable to sit in.Cons- My chair came with a broken wheel, which wasn't a problem as it could still be used.- The lower back support is hurting my back, I would prefer it to be less hard or adjustable so it doesn't protrude that much.Great chair but it could be much better. If I could I would return it, but I assemble it, threw the box away and didn't try it until 3 days after.

Having considered getting a chair which would have been in excess of 1300 GBP, common sense prevailed and I decided to spend 68 quid on this chair knowing that if it turned out to be rubbish then I could send it back to Amazon easily.Thankfull a return was not required and I'm sitting on the chair as I write this review! This is a decent chair. It's not flashy and its features are fairly basic. But it's solid, reasonably easy to construct and looks like it will last.It *is* a bit hard on the backside! I resolved that with a memory foam cushion and it's much better with that.Worth the money? Definitely.

Lots of adjustable pieces. Comfortable and well priced. Cannot complain

The base is so weak and looked like very cheap material and it snapped in the middle of a call and luckily I didn't get hurt from the fall. Their contact number doesn't work and I can't even get a replacement base (not that I would want to risk any injuries).

Overall very easy to build and comfy to sit on. However, the adjustable arms don’t come far back enough for me personally but could be fine for someone else. The cover on the back (shown in the picture) that hides the screws does keep coming loose and even falling off when reclining back far.
