Wouldn't waste your time or money these don't work.......

The one thing I've noticed about the very positive reviews of this product is that most of the users are gym bunnies. I'm not - I'm just a regular guy in his late 40s who thought that as I creep closer to 50 I could perhaps use a little boost of energy and stamina and the increase in sex drive probably wouldn't hurt either! I have to be honest though - although I have felt perfectly well when taking these daily, I haven't noticed any real difference in my energy levels, tiredness or libido. Perhaps they are making a slight difference, but to me it's not noticeable. It may make all the difference to those going for their daily gym sessions, but to just your average middle-aged bloke I couldn't really discern any benefit. Easy to take and side-effect free, though, so nothing negative to report, either!

As men age, their testosterone levels drop which can lead to a variety of problems. Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, from cropping up.As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). Although in this product the Tribulus is very good and potent. D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T. This product contains a great source of ginseng, which does boost the effects of the formula.This product also contains a Macca extract that is strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. It also contains L Arginine. This helps blood flow to the lower parts. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 4 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

Whenever i see these pills for improved "performance" and other vague hint hint nudge nudge things they can do i'm always sceptical. But looking at the nutritional content there are alot of good ingredients in these capsules; Maca and ginseng have been known to have muscle relaxing qualities to aid blood flow to certain areas as well as improving the quality of your soldiers. These capsules also have zinc which is key for sperm production and as a result can increase sex drive.There are not many conclusive studies on the benefit for ginseng and maca and generally it is more believed to be psychological bebefit. But it has been proven that these ingredients help blood to flow and as a rsult muscles to be more strong.The capsules are easy to take with no horrible aftertaste or side effects that i noticed. I did feel more lively a few hours after taking these. If nothing else taking one of these daily with help my heart and bloodflow.For the price, they're not cheap but it could be worth it especially if you are trying for a baby as the ingredients should help sperm quality.

I don’t know about being good for “performance” *wink,wink” as we have 2 young children and my partner is currently training so the closest we get to “performing” anything is stroking past each other as we leave for work. 🤦🏼‍♀️All jokes aside he has said they’re helping him with the gym and work so anything like that which helps is always a bonus. He’s not had any adverse side effects nor has he turned into a lothario so worth a try!

An amazing product, works very well and very quickly, has improved performance by quite a lot to be fair, feel a lot stronger and stamina has definitely increased. Many capsules, tastes great and easy to swallow, definitely recommend.

This comes in a small resealable pouch that uses minimal plastic compared to a bottle. You only get 20 capsules here so this will last year less than a month. At work so quite expensive at a pound per capsule. You get a long expiry date of over two years. The capsules are made out of a vegetarian capsule shell although there is no Indication of whether this is a vegetarian or vegan product so I think we have to assume it is not. The list of ingredients is impressive and you’re getting at and decent dosages. I like the fact it was British made. It might be nice to be able to buy this in larger quantities at a more reasonable price.

Decent product. I take this before going to the gym.A look on the back shows the contents, some of this I have been taking on and off as an extra supplement, so getting them in one pill is handy.Worth giving a try in my opinion
