LodgePrologic Silicone Assist Hot Handle Holder, Blue

The product itself is fine, although I don't have the Dutch oven yet, but only one handle holder was included. I erroneously presumed, 2 handles on the Dutch oven in the same order, should be 2 handle holders, right??? I just went back to view my purchase & after digging to find it, the ONLY place I found that only 1 handle holder was included is in your Q&A. Seems that should be more clear, especially when you order them as a result of the popup during the purchase. So, now I will go & order 1 more. Seems kind of strange.

In the Q & A section, the question was asked if this item fit the Lodge 14 inch Cast Iron Wok. The answer provided "yes". I purchased this item based on that answer. It does NOT fit. It may fit over it, but is far too loose. Additionally, shame on me, I mistakenly assumed there would be two because the wok has two handles. I should have read more closely. The item description is singular and not plural. Therefore, the assumption is my own fault. Had the Q & A been answered correctly, I would not have purchased this item.

This was supposed to fit the Lodge Pro-Logic Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet - 10 Inch Modern Design Cast Iron Frying Pan with Assist Handle. When I slid it onto the assist handle it was obviously twice as wide as it should be and too deep. It won't stay on and moves around when you use it. It says it's silicone and you'd think made to handle the heat of a gas stove. It started to melt during normal use.I wanted to return it but the one time the Amazon site malfunctions is when I went to return it. Suspicious. By the time I remembered to try again it was past the window of opportunity. I may be able to trim it and find a way to affix it to the handle, but I shouldn't have to.

Don't make the same mistake I made by buying only one. I had to order a second one because I didn't realize that it didn't come with two. Protect your hands from burning as these definitely come in handy.

This product is NOT designed to fit 10.5”Grilling pan. It is HUGE, therefore sloppyand FAILS TO SAFELY provide a SECURE GRIP!Marketing graphics give the illusion that one size fits all, which the small print faintly alludes to... BUT it DOES NOT. May try ASAHH11, dunno.

I usually read the reviews, but Amazon promoted this product as a similar item when the one I wanted was out of stick.Note that this product is 5-inches wide. That's almost half a foot, the distance from thumb to pinkie. I wanted a snug silicone grip for the secondary nub handle on the large Lodge skillet. The photos give a very poor perspective on the size. I might have been able to make this work, but felt it was expensive for something that wasn't a better fit. And it was the 3rd of 5 items I ordered that was not the product I expected. So I'm sending it back.

I like Lodge products. They’re well made even though they can be a bit pricey. I love using the red silicone holder they make that goes on the handle. It works perfect, fits snugly and I can handle a hot cast iron pan with no problems. I thought this silicone holder for the back of my cast iron would be perfect - was before I got it today and saw how big it is. I should have read the reviews on this first before I bought it. It’s definitely way too big as you can to use on my pans. It’s not snug at all and I don’t need to worry about this falling off my cast iron pans while it’s on a hot stove. I’ll likely send it back if I can’t find another use for it. Don’t waste your money on this - Lodge is great but they really dropped the ball with this item.

It doesn't fit well, I wouldn't use it to move hot pan.

pricey for what it is and not totally heat proof once pan has been on the hob for a while but it does the job - I am not blown away by it

Compré dos, que se adaptan perfectamente a las asas del Lodge Pro-Logic P14P3 Pizza Pan que es grande y pesado (más de 4kg). El uso que les doy es el de meter y sacar del horno el sartén y nada más para que no se dañen. Según la página de Lodge NO se deben dejar dentro del horno ni expuestas al fuego, aguantan hasta 230ºC y se adecuan a los modelos P10S3, P12S3, P12SGR3, P10D3, P12D3, P7A3, P14P3 (este es el mío), P14W3 y CRS15. Costaron $114MXN (cada una) que es un buen precio comparado con el precio directo en Lodge de 5USD (Feb 2020). Son de silicón y miden 6 x 12.7 cm
