Full disclosure: the company was generous in sending these for free. I've only had them for a couple days, so time will tell. If I have updates, will edit this. Ive had mixed results with another pair of earbuds from this company, but those issues e.g. pairing look to be worked out with these an so far quite pleased.Pros:-comfortable & like the over the ear clips-so far relatively easy to pair to BT. Android had a bit of a hard time seeing them, but restarted BT service on phone did the trick-charged quickly & charge seemed to easily last an hr plus on my commute, so that's good as it's been an issue in the past with others.Cons:- they could have more bass as they sound a bit tinny. Other review said to press into ear canal more. This does help, but still could use deeper sound.-The USB charging port is #1 tough to get the cover off to charge & #2 then very difficult to get the cable plugged in. But most are like this and tough to find one w/out. I know it is on there for water resistance, but there has to be some other way to design! Smartomi (& other manufactures for that matter) please listen! I just ended tearing the cover off.-Otherwise, no others so far!

My husband needed a new set of headphones for his evening walks and we decided to get these ones because I already have a similar set - with a silicon band around the neck and he liked the idea. We are very happy with them. First of all, they are made of good quality silicon, and they feel very sturdy in spite of their softness. Secondly, the sound quality is very good - music sounds awesome, but so do calls: we tested the calls and he can hear the caller perfectly, and I could hear him very well in return. They also did a great job covering the background noise. Thirdly, they are extremely easy to connect to two devices - in our case his phone and laptop. Fourthly, the on/off and volume buttons are on the silicone band and not on the earphone - that makes it very easy to turn the volume up and down and return calls. Fifth, the package includes 2 additional earplug sets - small and big - in case the original ones don't fit. Finally, the set also comes with a coupon for a free cellphone armband that the company gracefully is willing to offer. I thought that is very nice of them.Overall this is a great set! We highly recommend them!Update: 07/16/2017 The set is awesome! We've been using the headphones every day, and they have been perfect so far! The battery lasts very long (my husband keeps forgetting the last time he even charged them), and the sound is great! A good buy!

The main problem with the “Hook Over the Ear” headphones is you can’t keep them inside of your ear when things get sweaty. I already tried them for 15 Km run and they are OK.The sound and material are better than the ones you can find around for about the same price (the cable seem to be made of a quality material).I like having the mic on the band because people can hear you better during calls and is more convenient having the controls at that height. At the same time, this feature makes It a little uncomfortable to wear because the mic keeps bouncing around unless you strap It under your chin or on the back of your head with the silicone holder that is included … which kind of solves the issue.There is a major problem when you run long distances. Is hot in Chicago right now, and when sweet reaches the side of your ears ... the headphones loose grip and you must keep pushing them back in position every certain time or the sound becomes weak. Tried changing the ear tips today before going out for a run but had the same results.Overall, I think they are made of superior quality materials and look better thanks to the metal case attached on the sides. I recommend them for short distances run or if you don’t sweat as much as I do, but they should offer them at a more affordable price to put them closer to the 5 stars.

I have used many bluetooth headphones, as I am very active, and am always looking for the perfect pair for the activities that I do.This particular pair is probably the most secure that I have used to far.The earpiece is shaped well, and fits tightly into my ear, so the audio is a lot clearer, and louder than most others. In addition to the earpiece, the over-ear hooks are flexible enough to mold to the wearer, and strong enough to hold the position/shape that you put it into. This is a much better type of ear-hook than the hard plastic ones that come with other headphones.The one downside of this pair is that it has a wire (which is not really an issue, but more or a preference), instead of being completely wireless.This can actually been seen as a positive, or negative, as it allows for longer battery life since there is only one BT radio draining the battery.However, as a result of having the wire, the audio controls are built into the wire, below the right ear.It doesn't really bounce around, as it can be tightened to the back of your head with the included slide. The only real issue I have had is that sometimes (when I am very sweaty) the cable can pull on my left ear, after turning to the left and back center. The extra weight of the controller, and the sweat causes it to stick.Call audio is actually very clear, and my wife was surprised to know I was using headphones when talking to her.
