Good Bang for the buck, easy as pie to install, may not fit your kid or car the best
The baby was moving out of the bucket so she got her sister's Britax Boulevard 70 at big sis gets a booster. I went on the hunt for a booster with a harness that wasn't going to break the bank but was safe. As many have mentioned, the LATCH system on this seat makes installing a piece of cake. Adjusting the straps and harness are very simple as well. This is a no-frills, simple but fairly nice seat. You can tell it is built cheaper than a Britax or Recaro, but the cover materials are nice and its half the price. Its light and easy to install, we bought two so we wouldn't need to swap one all the time, but as easy as it is to install, it wouldn't be bad at all. It fits in our GMC Acadia, although parts of the bottom look like they will dig in to the middle of the leather seat and it sits a little more upright. In our sedan, a VW Passat, it mostly fits but the front corners of the booster dig in to the cars seat at the edge. I might have to get a seat protector for it. The cup holders are closer than some of the other seats, which made my daughter happy. They aren't very big but they fit some sippy cups and a smaller snack cup. They have a little elastic strip inside so a taller sippy won't fall out. I was worried about the light color on the edge of the seat but its a synthetic leather-type material that will clean easily with a wipe. Overall, its a good price for a decent seat.**EDIT** After trying these out for a few weeks, we've decided to try something else. Our main reason for returning them is how my daughter fits in the seat. It adjusts up and down fine but the back of the headrest is several inches thicker than the back of the seat. It pushes her head forward some, and though she isn't complaining she looks uncomfortable in the seat. She falls asleep at times and her head falls forward now. The way they fit in our cars, they don't recline and make the problem worse. Its especially an issue in the Passat as it has more of a bucket seat and the car seat doesn't fit well. Initially I thought it was just the front corners digging in to the seat but after some use I can tell its just not working as designed. The chest buckle is very easy to overlook, it doesn't have a positive "click" to it so you have to be sure to give it a tug after buckling it and if you have a toddler that can normally buckle themselves in, I would be sure to check them as I found a few times things not buckled. We bought the Recaro RECARO Performance SPORT Combination Harness to Booster, Rose which is $50 more and it has far more adjustment for the vehicle, does not have the raised portion to the back of the headrest and the construction is lightyears better. I'm not sure how much of it is necessary, but I can tell its bread from a company that makes racing seats. It fits both cars better as it is more adjustable and has a plate on the bottom to fit the seat or recline it some. It weighs much more but we're not going to be swapping the seat so it doesn't matter. We took it on a road trip this weekend and she slept well with no foward-falling head. We'll be buying a second one for the other car.Overall, the Evenflo isn't a bad seat if it fits your kid and car, it just wasn't the best for us. It is a good value despite being built cheaper and the latch system makes installing a dream.

After checking out literally a dozen car seats, this is the one I got
Saw this as a top rated one by Consumer Reviews for overall quality. Very sturdy and has a relatively thin profile (so you can actually have other stuff on your seats).Pros: - Latch system is AWESOME. Installs and removes in seconds once you are used to it. - Seat has good cushion all around. I looked at several models from several brands and as far as padding, I think this is one of the better ones for the price. - Pro for me (may be a Con for some), but I like that the chest latch is not impossible to open. It's an easy pinch and open.Cons: - Using the 5-point harness, the bottom straps are kind of tight around the butt area. I'm not sure why they designed it like that. Again--this is something very hard to tell from the pictures online. The bottom straps DO NOT extend out to the edge of the seat. There is a gap of maybe 2-3 inches from each side. My kid is like 10% on the growth chart at age 4 and he felt tight with the 5-point harness. We are using the regular seat belt instead, which is fine, but i would have preferred the harness.

Great carseat for the price.
This is lightweight and easy to transfer from car to car. It's a great size. The only cons I have found so far are that when the headrest is adjusted to where it needs to be for my son (it slides up and down and for his height I have to move it up) it doesn't fit in and out of the car door, and if you aren't using the latch system the hole for the seatbelt is very small and I had to have an 8 year old with a small hand help me feed it through. The part I thought was white in the picture is actually an off white and the material that part is made out of is easy to wipe clean. Very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a seat with a higher weight for the 5 point harness since the one I had only went up to 40lbs and this one goes to 65lbs. I have a 47lb 3 1/2 year old that is very tall for his age as well and I was not ready to move him to a belt positioning booster as the law here is age 4 and I was not willing to risk it.

Ok seat, very bulky
Ordered this for our 5 year old. We've used the Recaro proride convertible for the past 3 & a half years and loved it. Thought we'd get a booster for the main vehicle and use the Recaro in my husband's vehicle. My daughter is a very petite 5yo and only weighs 31lbs so she still fits comfortably in the convertible seat. This seat has a very nice and comfy look, but it's too bulky for my liking. I didn't like the buckle system when compared to Recaro, Chico and Diono. It actually pinched my child's thigh when I buckled her in once. That is the first time that has happened in my many years of experience with cars seats. From then on we had to really pay attention to the way she or I buckled her in. She also constantly complained about the neck & headrest being extremely uncomfortable. That her head always felt pushed forward. We actually switched back to the Recaro while I started to research a new booster seat. We ended up returning this seat and purchasing the Diono Radian R100 seat, I wished I had found it sooner! I realize this Evenflo seat may actually be a good fit for others, but in my experience, I definitely prefer Recaro, Diono and similar high-end products.
