Great product!
I love them, the perfect one for my sound system, I bought 2 to use from my 250amp alternator to the batteries!

Works great!
Before switching to this, I had one of the little clear ones from Amazon with the red switch. It was a 125 AMP, & seemed to be kicking way more than it ever should because I’m only running about 1600 RMS &/or 3200 MAX. This one hasn’t tripped one single time.

Great Heat Resistance!
This is the best car audio inline breaker that I've found that doesn't malfunction being mounted in the engine compartment. All of the torpedo type inline breakers fail due to the engines heat. These work great!

Broke after a less than dozen cycles.
Item worked ok initially. Would have like the connection points to be larger for the proper gauge of wire for 150A or lug type. After a dozen or so cycles after putting into battery circuit with no load the switch stopped making reliable connection to inverter. Appear to be faulty as it will show conductivity with some torque on frame of breaker. After removing it sounds like something loose rattling around in device. I didn't get this installed until a week after years warranty expired.

Voltage drop across the 150 A Circuit Breaker
I purchased a total of 4 circuit breakers rated 150 A for my 48 Volt solar battery system. I intended to fuse each 100 Ah battery with a single Circuit Breaker to be able to protect and be able to disconnect a single battery. A battery monitor meter connects to each battery so I can monitor state of charge individually.Checking the status of the batteries I discovered that two batteries where not charging, the other two where charging. investigating the problem, I discovered that i had to reset the circuit breakers several time until current passed the breakers about 45A vers 0A before the reset. One of the batteries charged somewhat less so I measured for voltage drop across the circuit breakers. One showed .8 volt and the other 2.1 volt drop across the breaker. This indicated bad internal contacts of the circuit breakers. First of all they did not make any contact at all and than after resetting they had voltage drop across the contacts. This will reduce the available current flow, heats up the breaker, and eventually develops in to a fire hazard. Overall, I am not satisfied with the performance of this product. Unfortunately my return window has expired and I am stuck with a bad product.
