This shaker set works great the shaker mixes the drink well and makes them ice cold. I made pineapple martinis the first time and the shaker makes the drinks so good and cold that there was thin pieces of ice floating in them. The set has everything you need for a home bar and it looks great. I saw a similar set at another store with fewer accessories that was way more expensive. An added benefit is it comes with a cocktail recipe book.

Anyone who gets into cocktail making knows that there are so many things you need to buy at the beginning. This kit is great because it gives you so many tools in one package. I like the stand that comes with it because it helps to organize everything. So instead of trying to find a place to put all this stuff, I just place this stand in the corner and it's all neat and organized already. The shaker works great. No leaks that I can find. The bottle opener works great. The shot measurer is great. The muddler is comfortable in the hand and works well. I love that they give you spouts for your spirits. And a great thing about this is that you can just throw everything into the dishwasher (minus the stand). If you're looking for a starter kit, this is a pretty nice one.
