This item does its job, bu it does leave a film on my glasses.

Christmas gift for my sister who complains about her jewelry looking black and dirty. She was thrilled to receive it as a gift and even more thrilled the first time she used it. She called it a "game changer" her necklace looked brand new.

I used it as soon as it arrived. My jewelry hasn't shined that bright since I received it. Love this product. So easy to use . I also purchased the cleaning gel to use in it rather than just plain water that was also an excellent choice. Buy yourself one you will not be disappointed!!!

I feel like I got really lucky when I bought this paired with jewelry cleaning liquid it took years of black thick tarnish off of super old silver jewelry. And does a great job getting the gunk out of the nose piece on your glasses.

Just plug it in add a drop or two of dish soap and turn it on. Very simple to use. It cleaned all of our jewelry very well!! Definitely recommend.

The unit seems to function fine, but it just does not clean anything. I tried grimy bolts (dirty, not rusty), earrings, bracelets, the blade screen of an electric shaver... It does do something, as the water gets visibly clouded after use, but it does not clean any better than 10 seconds with an old toothbrush would. Puzzled and disappointed.

This is really worth the money. My jewelry is clean.
