CirculonSymmetry Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan, 8.5-Inch, Chocolate

This is a great little frying pan for a few eggs. It’s sturdy, handle doesn’t get hot. I found out it’s not good to use non stick spray on non stick pans. So stick to margarine or butter. We liked it so well we bought another one. Nothing sticks & it cooks evenly & fast. We love this pan. It always pays to buy top quality pans. We threw out the light weight Circulon pans we bought at Macy’s. The non stick finish came off.

This cookware is not only attractive ~ it is wonderful for cooking ~ with or without cooking oil. It easily rinses clean and it can also be put in the dishwasher. I clean it both ways. I'm not sure how the top flare will interfere with its fit if the stove top is full, but so far, that has not been a problem. I'd love to have the full set... but currently have all I need in the other sizes in my old gray anodized Circulon set. If I find a significant sale, I'll buy the set, else I'll purchase the individual pieces as needed.As a 3/13 update to my 7/12 review, I did buy the set, Macy's had the best deal at the time, and passed on most of my older Circulon set to Salvation Army, keeping only its 12" saute pan. The saute pan in the Symmetry set is 10". Washing in the dishwasher only once disappointingly does remove the deep sheen. Without using the dishwasher, the recesses of the metal on the handles accumulates an unattractive baked-on amber color coating ~ guess that I'm not the best at hand washing. But, I love the set.

I love the non-stick coating and circular ridges. It cooks evenly, no sticking if I use minimal oil and medium to high heat. Very easy to clean. Just the right size for omelets and small servings

Typical good quality Circulon cookware. The only thing I disliked about this piece is that the hole to hang it on a pot rack doesn’t go all the way through. Found hooking it on the hook backwards works ok though. Don’t know why they strayed from the previous design on this.

This pan is a bit upgraded from the last one. Larger handle, heavier and the sides are not as sloped. Perfect for eggs and cleans easily.

I bought a set Circulon pans at Costco years ago. We use the smallest one (I think six inch) the most. Over time the non-stick wears off. Don’t need that in our food. This pan is only slightly bigger but DEEPER. I like it much better!

excellent pan , the handle is easy to hold , doesn't heat up and eggs do not stick to the pan , The base is heavy and heats evenly on gas stoves .

Amo el sartén. Sirve a la perfección y no había encontrado ninguno como este. Caro pero vale la pena.

This is my third circulon pan this summer, i keep buying a different size because they are truly nonstick but even better, they don't warp on glass cook tops which warp other pans and then won't work on my cook top. Also, they really are good for 400F as i use them in the oven often. Just love, love these pans.

Excellent for eggs, easy to clean - even the kids can wash it :)
