Good Deal!
The Net comes with separate adhesive backed (peel and stick) loop strips to adhere on smooth surfaces and then to press the hook strip on the net into in order for it to stay in place. The backs of my seats were of the fuzzy loop type cover material so the hook strip on the net attached quite well. In fact, it is so difficult to remove the net from the seatback fuzzy cover material that it makes pulls in the seatback material. Also, the top horizontal elastic cord stretches with use and then sags.

Cheap Product
The Velcro will NOT hold at all from the rug of your trunk, it moves by itself.
