Well worth the money
This product is half the cost of other WIFI Smart locks and works just the same if not better than the expensive brands. The only down side is the instructions are not very clear and there is some trail-n-error that I went through. Some of the steps are simple omitted and not sure why. But once I got it set up, it was very easy to use and it functioned as expected.

Not bad for the price.
For the price I can't really complain. The instructions are not very clear on setup, and the lock unlock feedback is not spelled correctly,but like I said, for the price what do I expect. I'm a little worried it might fail soon on the outside portion, cause it don't seemed very well sealed but time will tell. Once you get it added to your system, it does work great

I love this product there are times where I have to lock the door twice from app to get it to lock but overall a good product

Lock is fine, app is flaky
Overall, I like this lock and it does what I want by controlling it from my phone. It was easy to install, took about 10 minutes. My main complaint is with the app. It doesn't always show the correct status of the lock, which is one of the main points of it. So when I checked the status before going to bed the last two nights, the app said the door was unlocked but it was locked. When I pressed "Lock" in the app, it actually unlocked the door. But afterwards, it corrected the status to say it was unlocked. There seems to be some status miscommunication between the lock and the app.

Decent electronic door lock
Not up to par on WiFi range . It won't stay connected enough with my Arris wireless router . The lock works okay . Like most door the striker plate doesn't match up completely . Just use a grinder and add more of an angle on the deadbolt and it'll work better . Overall 4 stars .

Only programs with wifi
I like this products ease of installation. I do not like that it can only be programmed for new codes if you have WiFi. Being off grid I only get hot spot from my phone and that is not compatible with this unit.

Good product
We have had this for 7 weeks now and so far so good. It was easy to install and has work without any problems. I like the app feature that notifies you when it unlock or locked.
