Pharmanostix UT flow capsules are manufactured according to the GMP code of conduct - so this should ensure the quality of the manufactured product. The ingredients and excipients are clearly printed as is the capsule constituent. So all good.The capsules arrive in a plastic bottle with a screw top. The bottle is well filled as the capsules are relatively large.The ingredients in the capsules broadly consist of extracts from plants and some enzymes. The claim is that this supplement is beneficial to the urinary tract.For the extracts, there is some scientific rationale for mannose, aloe vera and olive leaf extract being bacteriocidal. As far as the enzymes are concerned even if they survive the acid in the stomach and the alkalinity from the bile (due to the capsule which only provides weak protection) I do not see how the enzymes intact can possibly end up in the bladder - so I doubt these are useful additions to the capsule.However, the plant extracts are likely to be absorbed.Overall a product with some ingredients that may be helpful for inflammation of the urinary tract and as it is manufactured to GMP - I would be happy to try this product

I got this one and another variation at the same time to try as I had some issues last year. Wanting to safeguard myself and my health I thought these would be ideal.Sadly I encountered the age old problem with vegan capsules, far too large to swallow. As I so frequently say, if you don’t have an issue swallowing larger capsules then do give them a try but if you are like me you might need to find an alternative to this product to be effective.The most obvious solution is to find a way to use smaller capsules and failing that at the very least post an image and measurement of capsule size so people know to avoid if swallowing is an issue.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 4 (two lots of 2 a day) then they will last you around 15 days. Pretty good value for money at under a fiver! You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up - about 6 months from the time of ordering. Certainly one to consider- British made product with added black pepper that should help increase absorption rates.

These came in a neat little bottle, well sealed with a good expiry date. The capsules were normal sized and easy to swallow.If you are prone to bladder irritation and inflammation, supplements like this come in very useful to stop things progressing and for less than a fiver for a 15 day course you can't really go wrong.I'm happy with these and think they contain a good dose of useful ingredients to help the urinary tract function properly.
