The fish oil to take
I've had to take fish oil per doctors orders and though these are massive, they are really good. They don't smell too bad they have a sweet smell and their gel capsule makes it easy to swallow. The double package is a great buy as the alternative is buying it at a local store that's more expensive. My lab work has seen a difference since taking this.
