Durability
Amazing product! I had this on my Jeep Gladiator. I ride a Klx Kawasaki 300. Which weighs just under 300lbs. I had this all over the country. Over 3500 miles. All kinds of driving and roads. Snow, rain, sunshine. Off roads with my bike on it for about 6 miles at one point was the longest stretch. My Jeep is lifted with Fox lift and 3.5 inches with 35s. I cruised freeways around 62 to 65 ish. No problems. I would give this product a 5 star for the durability, strength. I had no issues with left to right sag either. I did retighten bolts on the hitch mount and checked the bolts on the carrier for the first 500 miles. I used bolt glue to help prevent back slip when assembled the carrier. I thought the bolts and the nuts that came with the carrier were junk so I went to Home Depot and bought my own set of bolts and nuts. I would recommend for safety only extras to carry with you on extended trips like mine. However I did not need them. I would still take them just in case.

Do not buy! better products available.
I have bough similar racks from other brands on Amazon before and I assumed this was basically the same product. I was wrong. This rack is extremely low quality compared to the slightly more expensive options. The brackets that connects the tray to the main 2" beam are different and due to the oversized holes and undersized hardware, it allows the rack to tip several inches up and down as you load/unload or go around a corner with a bike on it. The tabs welded to the beam are very thin and not confidence inspiring. I barely trust my 250lb dual sport on it and would not recommend going anywhere close to the "600lb Capacity"I tried to return, but return shipping is not covered. To return it I would need to waste hours completely disassembling/reboxing it and then pay half the price of the product in shipping cost. So basically my options are to resell it to someone, or weld/reinforce it until it is actually usable.Total waste of time or money

Everything FIT
It is rugged and dependable. Four hundred and eighty miles there! Four hundred eighty miles back. Not one issue!

Bad hardware and holes to big
You need to buy your own hardware because the stuff they give you is garbage the washers are thin, and the holes that they drill are way too big for the nuts and bolts. I noticed my bike with swing on the highway more than usual, and I went to go check and half of the bolts had fallen out and sheared off because they’re so cheap.

Technically works, but needs modifications 5/10
Tl;dr: it worked, but it was a pain to set up and I was terrified the whole time I was using it.I used this to transport a 2013 Ducati Monster 1100 Evo using a Grand Cherokee about 350 miles round trip. It worked, but it was super nerve-racking as the unit moved and bounced around a LOT and a ratchet strap came undone on the freeway. I HIGHLY recommend using carabiner clips and soft loops to prevent this from happening. The assembly was fairly straightforward, but I recommend grabbing some extra lock washers and thread locker. The wheel chock is non-adjustable and a pain to install. This caused the load to be off-center.SOLVE: drilling several holes in the sides of the main platform would allow for more adjustability.PRO TIP: use a really good stepped drill bit. It's not super easy to assemble given its size and weight. Some parts were a genuine pain given the mediocre build quality.I wouldn't say that it was super easy to install into my vehicle because of its size and weight.Once installed, it's easy enough to load a bike, but I recommend setting up your tie-downs in advance to prevent the bike from falling over (since the wheel chock is so mediocre). The included ramp is fine, but I recommend buying some quick-release pins or some other type of locking mechanisms; the kit comes with nuts and bolts to hold it on, which means you need to bring wrenches with you to fasten or remove the ramp. The standard holes for locking this into a tow hitch cause the carrier to sit VERY far from the tow vehicle, which seems to be a lot of weight on a small bit of material in the end of the center box tube.SOLVE: I ended up drilling another set of holes to move the unit further forward, reducing the amount of leverage on the hitch and support beam. The welds holding the brackets to the central unit are sketchy at best. I'm probably going to have a welder add some more braces and thicker welds here to increase rigidity. The whole unit needs one of those tow hitch stabilizers to prevent bouncing and rotating independently of the tow vehicle, which some competitors' carriers come with.5/10, buyer beware. I had to make this one work, but I would not buy another or recommend this to my friends.

Good Product but Fell a Little Short.
First, it's a good product. Very sturdy but heavy; it's a two-person job to install it on your vehicle. On the downside, it was missing some nuts and bolts. The packaging was damaged and those nuts and bolts apparently fell out, though this may be the fault of the shipping company and not the manufacturer. It wasn't worth the hassle of packaging it all back up and returning it, so I just went to Home Depot and bought my own bolts. There were two extra parts included; a 2" wide U-Bolt and some kind of a metal piece about 3" x 4" and 1/4-inch thick. These parts do not show up on the Parts List in the directions, the assembly instructions make no reference to them, and there is no obvious place on the carrier where they might go.Lastly, a couple of the bolt holes were not drilled out wide enough. I had to drill them out myself.Otherwise, I'm satisfied with it.

Heavy duty
Easy to assemble but it is HEAVY. so be sure to have help to install. IMO.But well made and sturdy.

Very flimsy and poorly made, basically junk
Bought because it was the only one that could be delivered in time for a planned trip. Two of the main parts were bent so than I had to fix them (hours of hard work) before they would assemble, the fasteners were subpar so I had to replace them ($50) before assembly. Once assembled the rack twisted under the weight of a 300 pound dirt motorcycle; there is no way this could carry 600 pounds. I must buy another brand to replace this immediately. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS RACK!
