Excellent support to fast track your journey to feeling physically wonderful.
This is a great book, written by a fearless advocate and warrior for the kinds of healthy diets that were closer to our ancestors than the rubbish that's being cynically marketed as being real 'food', today. This book provides information about how and why the body processes specific foods, alongside info about the best foods to eat. In turn, the outcomes help us feel the worthiness and self love to stay on track. Sugar really is the biggest baddie, with new research showing that it's more addictive than crack cocaine and heroin, according to Nasha Winters and Jesse Higgins book, The Metabolic Approach to Cancer and other resources.Davinia's company, Willpowders, provides high quality, nourishing supportive supplement foods that help rid our bodies of the terrible mainstream westernised diets we are subjected to nowadays. There's a changing in the tides now. People are waking up to realising there's so much more potential and possibility in life than previously realised. Radiantly happy, energetic body, radiantly happy, energetic mind.

Hack your hormones - 🤯
Been struggling for a long time with sleep, energy levels, focus, just life in general and I was recommended this book by a friend when we’ve been sharing all our peri-menopause woes! This book has a number of helpful tips and recommendations some are easy to implement others need a bit more thought and research to make work for me, not everything will work for all! One of the recommendations is about getting outside as soon as you can to help with your circadian rhythm, over the last 6 weeks I’ve been consistently coming out in the morning with a cup of tea and getting that early light, even in the rain I put a coat on over my PJs to get some light and my sleep pattern has massively improved. I’ve recommend this book to others - I wish I’d known about some of this stuff years ago.

OK
It was kind of ok, not a brilliant one. It’s repeating the same thing again and again.
