I've decided to have a go at this cheap replacement tube for my littmann master classic iii after tube broke. Quite disappointed, relatively good breath sounds in quiet room, but hear my own heart beats which makes heart auscultation difficult. Still contemplating replacing with a new stethoscope all together...Would by this for a temporary fix, or for random use, not for everyday clinical work.

I'm planning to return this because I don't like the ear tips. They are not compatible with thw OEM ear pieces. There's a small teal piece of plastic that screws onto the metal and then silicone grey tips that go on top of that. That means I will be forced to buy their specific brand of ear pieces if I need new ones. At least it came with many sets. But the teal clashes with the pink tubing esthetically. I plan to buy another replacement pink tubing from a different brand. Did not try this one my stethoscope though so I can not comment on the sound quality.

Fit perfectly. Works perfectly. Saved a lot of money. Came with replacements ear buds and bell as well. Very happy!!!

Just as expected.

I am a cardiac nurse. I was actually surprised I liked this product as much as I did. I thought I was getting this as an intermediary until I could get the replacement parts from Littmann. But after using it their is no reason to buy the parts from Littmann, these work really well. The ear peices are quite comfortable. Its lighter than the orginal peice that came with my Littmann cardiology stethoscope. I pulled the bell and diaphragm out of my old cracked tubing and easily put it in this one. It fits snugly. If I need new tubing I'll definitely be buying this again. After all the bell is the really expensive part of the stethoscope.

I’ve only used it for two days now but I feel like it’s harder to hear breath sounds. I’m hoping it’s a fluke. I’m going to keep using it and compare with another stethoscope I have.
