Helpful
First of, the book is written in a simple language and a calming tone that feels like you're being guided by a wise, caring person. Its main motto is to provide guidance and inspiration to live a satisfied life, which it strives to do by putting together things that'll help you in maintaining a good physical, mental and emotional health. These are things that range from different activities like meditation, exercise, etc to inspiring stories categorised into a clear set of chapters. At the end of every chapter you're left with a few instructions to follow that's been discussed in that chapter. This is a nice touch because it makes you want to put all that you've learnt in action instead of just breezing through the book and thinking I'll do it but never really going through with it. And this is not a 'read it, forget it' kind of book, if you're really serious about turning your life around, you might want to keep this close to you. This book is a mix of things that you already know, things you're vaguely aware of and things you've never knew existed. Example, in a chapter about mindfulness, the author talks about meditation, while you might know or even practice meditation you may not be aware of the various types of that exist. While the list of meditation types in this book may not be exhaustive, it certainly gives us a few options to explore. This is the kind of book that has researched and put together the topics that you usually think about putting it together yourself if you are in a meaningful journey towards better health or self awareness. Unfetter has just made it easy for you. Now all you have to do is, make this book your lifestyle. You'll find something helpful for everyone in it.

Basics you need to know to lead a healthy life
'Heal your Mind, Body and Spirit'Tanuja Sodhi plays a guide with this book, to help you overcome your lowest state in your life. She makes you understand that what does it mean by physical, mental and emotional health, and importance of these in your 'happily-leading' life. This book explains the importance of Nutrition, Sleep, Physical exercise, Self-Care and other important components in different chapters. Not only does she explains what these are, she also gives you a headstart with some highly effective solutions that you can adapt in your lives. The author neatly explains everything along with her own stories sometimes. And you can also read about some real inspiring stories from real women that author interviewed and added in this book. These stories are like some examples and proofs for the techniques mentioned in the bookThoughts:- 'Right Book at the Right Time'.- Although, this book is mostly targeted for women, everyone need to read this and know these things.- The best part...'THE BEST PART' is the real stories of women in their own words. Man, tears pooled in my eyes when I read Seema Rao's story. Losing your child is the worst thing you have to experience as a parent.- Out of these 6-7 real stories, the common thing in 4-5 stories is that the habit of reading books played a role in their recovering process.- I liked how the author explained everything, just like explaining it to a beginner or a child. For example, in nutrition chapter, she didn't just put out the rules like reduce this, eat that and all. She explained what are nutrients, what is diet, how to do it and all the fundamental concepts.I would highly recommend this one to everybody. There are some basic things you need to learn from this book which will be most helpful for your overall health.

I loved the simplicity of this book
The book begins with a short story of a woman named Reema. We see the comeuppance of her actions in the first few pages. The neglect she showed towards her health had its ramifications. As the author states, there are many Reemas out there, juggling different acts, neglecting their health.Unfetter is a simple and effective guide to keep hold of our lives and not let our health wither away. The book talks about measures needed to grow mentally, physically and emotionally. The writing style is easy and immaculate. It's easy to understand and the author has explained everything step by step. She talks about gratitude, journaling, exercise, breathing and meditation. Also, nutrition is given importance in this book. Some step by step challenges are also given in order to practice in daily life. The central point of the book is to have control of day to day lifestyle in this modern, autopilot world. I have been following the book's simple exercises and the result so far is good.Recommended.
