Sparkle’s “Don’t Look Up!” chapter helps us apply a mountain climbing technique to finishing tasks: when you’re close to the peak, don’t look up, but down at how far you’ve come. This evidence of progress unleashes untapped stamina—brilliant. Sparkly! In “How’s your IN-fit,” Sparkle cleverly plays on the word “outfit,” our obsession with appearances and neglect of what’s inside. (I once blew a job interview because I was so concerned with my OUTfit so this T.I.P. spoke to me!) Please treat yourself to this book, and be amazed at the palpable results.
