Great product, no bad side affects.

Not bad for the cost , I see a small differences in my breast size, you have to be consistent. Definitely helps with mood too, no pain involved. They are not hard to swallow take with water and food. Not to strong. The size is an average capsule. I see small effectiveness after month. You just have to be consistent.

Took as directed for several weeks and not so much as a tingle. Increased dosage and still nothing. Suspect these are no where near the 10,000 mg they advertise, as I had much better results with 500 mg.

It seems like an excellent product and it works!

I gained a half inch in two weeks. My hair and nails grow much faster. Take two regularly with whole milk. Combine with a Dong Quai formula and a multivitamin for best results.

One bottle had a lot of loose powder mixed with capsules, and many of the capsules were only half full. The other bottle was better. I may look for another brand next time.

I got about 8 to 12 broken capsules per bottle with the powder all over everything in the bottle.
