Extremely well built. It will last a lifetime and is a great value. The best forearm strengthening device Ihave ever seen. Do be aware that this is a muscle group that is hard to target and this device does that.

This product is basically as advertised, but there isn't a whole lot of tension till you get the spring halfway compressed. Many other options exist for wrist strengthening, e.g., TheraBands and the forearm/wrist rollers that allow you to attach whatever weight you want to them.

This is one of those things that are likely to last for a lifetime or two. Maybe not for your glory muscles, but )

It uses a spring which only can go one direction making switching the exercise between hands clunky. The grips were very irritating to my hands. Others may find it OK.
