Had such a high hopes
A friend told us about these pillows they had slept on at a hotel. They were so impressed they ordered them while in the hotel room. So I ordered them. I'm not so impressed. They are not firm, I'd call them fluffy but not supportive. Disappointed with this purchase, especially for the relatively high price.UPDATE March 23,2024: I received a full refund from Amazon with a note that I didn't need to return the product.

This is the third time I have purchased this pillow in 3 different sizes. We love them. First tried in hotel in Myrtle Beach. Looked online but found on Amazon. Good deal.
