Extremely fragile - 4 broke with minimal use
The stake that you push into the ground is made of extremely thin, weak metal. I bought this 2-pack and within the first 2 days of using, when trying to press the stake into the ground, it broke off on both sprinklers. I returned them for replacements and those also broke. Further, prior to the stakes breaking off of the two replacements, the one sprinkler stopped working in the return direction. So, this means that I could no longer use it in less than a 360 degree configuration because when it hit the stop, it could not go back. The other sprinkler had the spring that's needed for it to operate pop off of it's anchor points multiple times from gentle manipulation. It's a total pain to get it back on. Bottom line: this are cheap junk and will not last. The stakes are just absolutely unbelievably weak and will break on you. I would recommend that you spend your money on something more durable (which is basically anything else).

Get what you pay for. Excellent customer service
One of the sprinklers broke within a few weeks, which was disappointing. However, I reached out to their team, and they were able to send a replacement within a few days. The replacement in the other original have worked without any issues.

Not that great
Hubby bought these to replace older plastic lawn sprinklers. He’s quite frustrated in the cheapness of the product. They don’t water equally and one broke very quickly after use.

Great little sprinklers.
Allow the perfect amount of flow and are super adjustable.

a simple, inexpensive sprinkler
I attached this sprinkler with gaffing tape to a more sturdy stake (my stake was wooden, steel would work as well). Very satisfied with cost/benefit.

Look elsewhere
I’m writing this review on my wife’s account, which we use exclusively …From the 1970s to early 2000s, I used Nelson impact sprinklers. You couldn’t kill them. They’d last YEARS. over the past 20+ years I’ve tried various brands, and no one seems to make reliable low cost impact sprinklers. So I switched to mostly gear drive, which work fine, but I sometimes wish had a longer range.I was hoping that Melnor sprinklers, considering they’re a reputable brand, at a low cost, would at least be reasonable impact sprinklers. I have several of their water “splitters”, and am very happy with their construction and operation. However, these plastic head impact sprinklers are absolutely awful. While the spray is powerful (as impact sprinklers typically are with good water pressure), the head “locks up”, and “disregards” the watering range I’ve setup, and just “locks up”. Even with the setting pin pulled up, it still locks up the and won’t rotateI won’t even try the second one of the pair I bought … shouldn’t even be a 1 star. Zero is more appropriate.Melnor, maybe reach out to me?
