i used to take multiple supplements to compensate the deficiencies, but keeping track of all of those and taking those with out miss was getting quite a task for me, so i wanted to try something which has all the needed vitamins, this did the trick for me. I was very hesitant to try it as it is not approved by FDA, but it though for the price i give it a try, and i actually feel very good from the time i'm taking this.

Purchase this because of the amount of vitamins in one tablet just to be taken once daily. I had no problems taking it and purchase another when the first bottle finish.It's great for the price.

These are good multi-vitamins. I have been using Great Value vitamins for years and these seem to be about the same.

I'm pretty happy with these vitamins, there are a lot of vital nutrients involved, just take a look at the amount of minerals they are able to fit into one product, it's quite impressive! It's hard to get all that you need from only eating food, supplements are important and this one definitely has a lot of important ingredients.

What a deal here. This Daily Max adult vitamins delivers everything for a low price. The vitamins are easy to swallow (they are coded). I always take my vitamins with some fatty food so they will absorb optimally. So far these have been great. My lab numbers are normal and I feel very healthy. 5 stars.
