Gas Station Business Start-Up by Shabbir Hossain is a wonderfully detailed book on how to create a Gas Station business. Shabbir Hossain is good at focusing on gas stations in the United States and the wealth of all their or his studied statistics, and there are a lot of them, through graphs and graphics so that you are pulled in. He has done the work on statistics so you don’t have to spend an eternity trying to find them and figure them out. He says, Everyone needs fuel, so your mind starts racing with the possibilities. He goes over the lowdown on money, how much you need and how to get it if it can’t come from you. He explains how to borrow it and how to be fully prepared to do such. He goes over in detail why you should buy or lease a gas station and/or its land and in what areas of your city or town, with both a convenient store attached and not. He gives you more graphs and graphics to explain. He doesn’t leave you hanging either. He includes addresses for his podcasts, websites and blogging. He, then, easily stays current on statistics, but it’s comforting to hear his logic in different ways: everyone needs fuel. I would highly recommend this book. You feel he is so knowledgeable. It seems to be his life! He writes from experience. He includes many, many tips he has learned over the course of owning this kind of business so that you conclude he’s owned way more than one. Whether you are interested in the book to compare its wealth of information to possibly starting up and owning another kind of business or want to (and are completely convinced) (and you probably will be), own or lease a gas station, by reading this book to get information, you can’t go wrong because you will be able to use the tips, such as the detailed way to approach financing or the detailed way he offers the reader to understand the stats and specifics on shopping for land to build your gas station on or by buying a complete one you won’t go wrong reading this book, especially because he even provides his personal email address, so that you can ask him any questions, to the digital addresses of his podcasts and websites so that you can keep up to date regarding his knowledge, although I’m convinced you will discover everything you need in this book. Finally, he helps you with United States gas stations for both before and AFTER you have bought and own this business or another or a gas station with or without a convenience store and those stats too; you should buy this book. AND it is available digitally too!

Okay
A quick read, not very deep. More like an action playbook. A bit too expensive for this type of book.

Well worth it
Well written, clear, simple, and gives you a lot of juice to figure out what, exactly, you need to figure out. Well worth the price for clarity and a roadmap.
