Seems ok. No weight-loss benefits but bloating and fatigue symptoms seem better.

I like this product, I think it works as intended- but delivery takes forever- I found a faster service for health/beauty supplies-so I won't order it again here. But I do appreciate the product as delievered.

I started taking DIM a few years ago and it just wasn't giving me the full effect until I found out you should take it with the calcium d glucarate. It literally changed my life. My hormones have apparently always been unbalanced which led to a very difficult life. All of the doctors I saw when I was a kid and not one asked about hormonal imbalances. It just drives me nuts when I think about it. So it took me 40 yrs and the internet, but I guess late is better then never. Anyway, this is a great brand and I've always had good experiences with their supplements and this is no exception.

I’m 38 with a mild PCOS diagnosis and I would still like to have children. My cycles have just kept getting longer and longer. I started off taking 2,000mg (with 250mg of their DIM) and my cycles were about 53 days. I added 500mg and dropped to 44. This last cycle I added another 500mg for a total of 3,000mg and another 250mg of DIM so 500mg of DIM. I ovulated around day 22, which is the soonest I’ve ovulated in years. That puts me at about 35 days.The dosage increases didn’t bother me until I added the last 500mg and then I had a horrible headache for about 10 days. You know it’s an estrogen withdrawal headache when it just goes on and on and nothing helps it. Then it just stopped one day. Totally worth it.I upped my dose based on what was going on with my menstural blood. Heavy, with clots, which I learned about in Alissa Vitti’s book Woman Code. I upped my dose when I will still bleeding and it kept me spotting for a few days. If I increase again I will do it mid cycle when estrogen is highest.Love this product. I also take this brands inostitol (both kinds). I really appreciate that they have made the d-chiro way more affordable than other brands.

I would like to give this a neutral rating of 2.5 stars but Amazon is so restrictive in their review process that this is impossible. That is unfortunate as I want to say at this point I don't have a completely negative view of this product because I can't compare to my baseline. Perhaps if I'd taken this first, I'd have had some relief, but the experience I had was a decline when I took this product after 6 weeks of taking the Thorne brand "equivalent" (same name, same dosage, veru different effect. I am left feeling this product is not what it claims to be or is somehow not available to my body in the same way the Thorne Calcium D-Glucarate is. On the Thorne brand I had relief from basically all of the negative things about being female. I had suffered for 25 years because doctors are not taught about estrogen dominance. That is such a shame. I could have had so many more productive days had I known about estrogen dominance. The unfortunat thing is that, on this brand, the negative effects of estrogen dominance had returned. I would give it another month to see what happens, but life is too short to take the chance of continuing on a pattern of worsening. I am going back to Thorne's formula ASAP. I wanted to write this review to alert other that if this product doesn't seem to help, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP. Other products might help and I highly recommend the Thorne brand if you don't get much relief from this one. Thorne works so well, I only have to take 2 caps per day instead of the recommended 3 caps, so I save money there and you might also. If you take this product but still have acne, cramps, or heavy periods, it is likely not working for you and I would hope that you would give Thorne brand or another brand a chance. I am by no means 100% "pro-Thorne". Thorne Indole-3-Carbinol made estrogen-dominance issues worse (for me). I stuck it out for a few months to be sure it wasn't a fluke before switching to Thorne Calcium D-Glucarate. I was so relieved at the difference and the rather sudden improvement. We are each unique and should consider reviews as a part of our education, not the whole of it. This product might work perfectly for your chemistry so do not discard it because I say it didn't help me. Please do whatever you can to invest in your health. Everybody has a different way of processing and utilizing chemicals and so it is important that we share our experiences with honesty and in the most educated manner as possible.

After learning I had too much estrogen for a woman my age (49) & suffering from hormonal acne, sore, lumpy breasts cramps & the usual perimenopausal roller coaster symptoms, I am happy to say this product has done WONDERS to help ease my symptoms! All of my fibrocystic breast lumps are GONE! My skin is so much clearer. My cramps are gone & I am bleeding so much less!. I am sleeping better & have no hot flashes at all! It's kind of a miracle. This took a little time. I noticed the most results while on the 3rd bottle, using 1 capsule- 3times per day as directed. Now I won't be without it! I HIGHLY recommend this product for any woman with excess estrogen symptoms whether it be PMS or perimenopause!

We feel we have had noticeable improvement in an insidious and pervasive inflammatory condition. We feel it has aided in toxin removal and this is something we have never found In any other product.

I have used more expensive brands, and this works just as well as the pricier versions. I have estrogen dominance problems, and this eliminates morning nausea, sore boobs, and keeps my weight down. I highly recommend it. Does make me kinda choke sometimes bc it has pepper in it, so I take it separately from my other supplements and swallow carefully.
