I bought this chair 2 weeks back. The chair is really sturdy and ergonomically designed to support your back and head for prolonged sitting. The chair is also very easy to assemble Initially I found the height of the chair to be such that my feet wasn't touching the ground even at the lowest level. I contacted their support team. The team is very professional and super prompt in their responses. They immediately dispatched a shorter piston and arranged for a technician to come and reinstall the chair. Now the height is adjusted and I am simply loving it. A big shout out to the customer support team. I would highly recommend this brand.

Using it for 2 years. Decent chairGot hydraulic replaced after 2 years. Service is good.

Very sturdy and comfortable chair. Setting it up was pretty easy, although I had a little trouble fitting the headrest.Excellent customer support, they even contacted me to enquire if the chair was comfortable enough. I felt that the piston-cylinder setup used to adjust the height of the chair was a little on the higher end even at its lowest setting and they immediately sent me a shorter piston free of charge! That's amazing!Go for this chair, worth the money I spent!

The chair model was "zeus hig back" And the chair is awesome,Ergonomically designed and has both rocking amd tilt lock mechanism,Head rest and arm rest are great, the base is chrome base so it is sturdy, although it slips a bit on marble but overall the comfort of the chair is awesome!!Best chair in the price backet in my opinion.Delivery was a bit late ordered on August 31st and got the delivery on September 5th, but the delay was because there was Sunday in between, but the usual delivery time is about 3-5 days.The seller kepler brooks is an amazing seller, I contacted them frequently during the delivery process, even though I got bit restless and rude because delivery took some time because I was having very bad back ache, they bared with me and responded politely and made sure I was satisfied with service.Would recommend this chair and seller to everyone.

Dont Buy this product. I am writing this review after using for 1-2 Months. Withing 1 Month the Handle Broke. Had a make a complaint and they fixed it. But the overall comfort is not there. You cannot sit on this chair for long hours. Everytime you sit or getup on this chair it make strange noises as if it will break. Poor back support. You can only sit on this chair for max 1-2 hours. After that you will feel the pain for sitting on this chair for long time. My Job requires to sit on this chair for 9 hours but after that legs and back are totally gone.

I have been using this chair for almost 10 days now. The overall experience is good. The only drawback that I have observed is, if you sit for longer hours, you will feel uncomfortable and mild pain in thighs, and this is is due average cushioning in the under thigh area.

The installation went smoothly, with an exception of the headrest, but the customer service folks were more than happy to help.The chair feels quite comfortable, giving quite a lot of adjustment options that all work as advertised, found no issues there.I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase so far and the 3 year warranty period definitely helps!

The media could not be loaded. The chair is fine, you get what you pay for. I bought it for 14999. I previously bought a cheaper chair from drogo at 8000 but it had a smaller seat which was not comfortable. This kepler brooks chair has a much bigger and more comfortable seat. But the weird back rest is horrible for my back. I should have bought the marvel pro instead at 11k.The seat slider wasn't working when I got delivered and it was extremely heavy for me to single handedly assemble and couldn't fix the seat slider no matter how hard I tried. The customer service was helpful though. They replaced the spare part promptly but I had to get help from someone else to disassemble and reassemble with replacement.After 1 week of regular usage, I got intense low back pain from the protruding lumbar support mesh. I still have a stiff back and I can't bend down. I've tried using multiple types of pillows and supports but the back pain is too much. So it's better to buy the not so fancy cheaper model itself without any so called lumbar support.The height of the chair seat is on the higher side. I'm 154 cm tall and I definitely need a foot rest. For my 180 cm tall dad too this chair is too tall, his feet doesn't rest flat on the floor comfortably.The extendable foot rest is comfortable to sit cross legged. But the finish is crude and not smooth. The foot rest has to be at a particular position to retract fully due to the poor finish. It is not a deal breaker though.The seat is comfortably wide and deep for me to sit cross legged even without the foot rest. The arm rest is said to be 3D movable but only 2 direction movement is good. The side to side is useless as it is not truly side to side but just change angle. Amazon isn't letting me upload multiple videos so tried to take pictures of the supposed to be side to side which is useless.The back rest does incline but locks in only 2 angles, either 90 degree or at a slight angle. We cannot lock the tilt at any angle we may be comfortable with. I'm fine with the slight tilt lock angle so it is ok but we cannot tilt back and rest as the tilt requires strong forceful push as the tilt tension is too tight and I'm unable to adjust it. Everything is just too tight everywhere.It looks fine, exactly as in the picture except the foot rest frame. Only by the looks, no one will know any of the issues.This chair makes me appreciate the steelcase chair at my office so much. That costs around 60-70k and looks boring but it has none of the issues I've faced with this chair.
