Does what it's supposed to. Please be aware that the spout is the diameter of a large finger and not narrow like some sold on here. Unscrew the spout, fill and use. No fiddly sucking/dripping water in or Lube obviously helps.

Good quality piece of kit, seems well made and is easy to use and clean. Stores with the nozzle securely inside which is really handy.

I don't really know it is me or the product but most of the time when I use it is leaking so as you can imagine water everywhere. But I like the material and it is really easy to clean. So I don't know it is might be me who cannot use it.

The small douches seemed to all have very pointy nozzles, and I thought that might be uncomfortable. This has a good four way nozzle that will cleanse well into the anal canal. Is it really necessary? In practice the whole item is just too big unless you’re using it in a wet room or shower. You can’t use it sitting on a toilet. If you’re just clensing the lower part of the anal canal then smaller is better. A few goes sitting on the toilet is much easier all round and from clean. But for the heavy brigade this is fine.

I don't know if the majority of buyers are aware of the proportions of this beast, but it is so long in terms of height and also volume of the bulb that it really needs two hands to be able to use with any sort of effectiveness, and it is very difficult to reach behind oneself with both hands and still be able to use any western upright toilets. Also the pipe is fairly wide, and while the design looks clever, having the nozzle openings in the sides of the pipe makes it hard to get the water out when it's so wide it's actually in contact with the walls up there, when you do manage to finally get it in, and you can't really sit down to relax because of the aforementioned proportions. A promising concept but needs some refinement, or maybe just suited to really tall people with very large hands and deep squatting hole in the floor toilets. I am 178 cm tall, for comparison's sake.
