These are great and quick to cook,, with no preparation. Nice if you fancy a change.I have cooked veg in a bag like this before with no problems but this time I followed the instructions not to pierce the bag and it popped.There was no mess but I opened the microwave door with trepidation.

I love to snack on this type of meal, a couple of minutes in the microwave, and ding.. you're ready to scran. I often wash and eat them straight from the package uncooked, with a pinch of salt.
