High quality, nice looking bag

I’ve received so many compliments on this bag, and I’ve loved using it this summer. It’s nice and roomy, and it still looks brand new despite months of daily use. I took away one star because the bag lacks structure, so it’s easy to “lose” things like keys and makeup in the inside folds of fabric.

Smells yuck! Smells like really strong odor of dirty oily hair, that’s the only thing I can think of to compare the smell to? 🤮 I’m not sure what to do about that? I love the purse itself it’s soooo cute & adorable! I have several Sak purses & none of them smell like this.

The pros: The bag looks just like the picture. It has a nice variety of sections, some of which are secured by zippers, and holds a lot of items in an organized manner.The cons: one handle is not finished off in a manner that inspires any confidence that it will last. I shall need to secure the stitching myself. The bag is also much heavier than I expected it to be. I had purchased it because I had thought it would not put stress on my neck and shoulder, but it does.I would have returned this bag but Amazon has made the return process difficult . I was not offered the option to bring it to a Kohl’s store for an easy return. This has been a problem with Amazon recently and will make me less likely to make purchases through them.
