Wall anchors are garbage. I had to buy new ones. The hardware is decent, but the picture with the towels rolled up using the existing 2" long coupling pipes is misleading. Those are some low quality towels to roll up to only 2 inches. Had to buy separately 4" length coupling pipes. So in all, took a lot longer and a lot more effort to finish the project.

This product is terrible. I ordered it hoping to put some large shower towels in them like the picture shows. It isn’t even as my foot. I couldn’t even store my rags in it it’s so small. Just be sure and read the fine print THAT ITS 12 INCHES LONG
