Simple, but works. I bought it to store unboxed pocket knives as it was siggested for this purpose by another collector. Works really great, and the see through lid is a real benefit when trying to find something. My only concern is it will not hold up to many opening and closings, but we'll have to see. The price has increased significantly, if it was to move back down I'd buy many more.

Plano is the gold standard for plastic storage boxes of this type

Have bought a lot of Plano boxes and like the others this is high quality. The plastic is not brittle and should resist breaking if dropped, but is still clear enough to see contents. As described, the compartments are fixed, no removable dividers. Although for certain apps, I've been known to remove the internal dividers with a sharp utility knife. The two lid catches latch firmly and the lid stays shut.

Ordered 2. Came in separate packages and the second one was broken.

Great product. Too expensive though. You can obtain these at Wal-mart for typically $3 and some of them are even bigger than this one for that price. I definitely would go there if I need to order in the future

I have been using these for years. They work great to keep your fishing tackle organized and at hand for fast changes.

It doesn't close tightly.
