I don't typically like to wear very high heels, but I am an opera singer, and sometimes needs must. In my latest show, I was provided with 3-4" heels, and they had no arch support whatsoever ( I have super high arches). After the first dress rehearsal, my feet and calves were sore for 3 days! Then I bought these insoles, and now those heels are almost comfortable, and I don't feel sore after wearing them for 4 hours! What a game changer. I'll be wearing these in all my heels from now on!

I initially bought these inserts because I walk all day for my job and am active in my days of. I also have a narrow foot and a very high arch, when wearing heels my arch has never touched the soul of a shoe. I really liked these inserts for many reasons! First, they are amazing for high heels, I don't feel them slide or shift in the slightest after a full day of wearing them. Second, I also use them in the tennis shoes I wear when standing for long times and not moving about too much. That being said I frequently shift them from pair of shoes to pair of shoes and they collect some lint. Every few weeks I rinse them under warm water to wash away any lint and they are back to their original "stickyness". I should just buy another pair just so I don't have to keep switching them!!

They didn't suit me at all. Painful to my arch so I had to remove them. I'm going to see if a friend likes them. Maybe the heels to my boots aren't high enough.

These are pretty good, but you will sweat them out. They lasted maybe two times and now I can't find one of them. It slipped off while I was wearing them out

When you get these lined up right for Your feet, the support yo your arches are terrific! I have super high arch’s and wear these particular inserts in All my shoes! High heels, or flats! Even in my tennis shoes! But, as I said, you need to make sure you place the inserts in the right place in your shoes so the arch fits into your foot’s arch. You Are able to place these, then remove them and reinsert them in a slightly different location a few times and they will still adhere to your shoes.

I love these and I'd actually like to have a dedicated pair in every pair of heels, to be honest. There is a slight arch support. The adhesive is decent--I'd actually had just one pair of these to begin with, a while ago, which I moved around as I wore different shoes. The adhesive eventually wore off, but it lasted quite a bit longer than I thought it would with all of the changes. So when I bought a few more sets for shoe dedication, I glue-sticked the older set in an older pair of wedge sandals, and, so far so good! Can't complain at all.

I needed the support for high heels dancing shoes and these insoles don't fit at all, they actually added more stress to my metatarsals. I wished the insoles would have a better shape, be wider, and longer to fit more shoe models, and could be cut -- the gel-like material is very easy to cut.No, the insole is far too tight and short and does not give any support. What a flop.

I became a stay-at-home mom 7 years ago, but now that my children are in school, I have decided to revamp my closet and wear more professional clothing again, as I launch my new career. Yes, this includes wearing "the dreaded high heels." I decided to venure beyond my traditional kitten heels and bought these first at a drugstore as they were on sale. Let me say that I just wore heels for five days straight (and nothing else) and these SAVED my feet! I couldn't believe how comfortable these were and how they properly shifted the weight in my feet. I had no pain and could walk like a boss. I wear size 9.5 shoe.
