Automatic Soap Dispenser, Sumille 3 Level Adjustable, Foaming Soap Dispenser 10oz/300ml Rechargeable, Touchless Hands Free Soap Dispenser for Bathroom and Kitchen

They do not provide the wall block for charging, just a USB-C to USB charging cord. All of my blocks are USB-C. When I first received this around the first of the year, Jan 2023, I charged it from my portable power charging block. I have several wall blocks and I connected one to the cord when I put it away, then forgot about it. Today, I needed to refill the soap and charge it, so I pulled out the cord and went to connect it only to realize that the block wasn't the correct type. My block was USB, not USB-C.I had to rummage through all my old electronics parts to find a wall block that was USB, not USB-C. It's black, not white and was for who-knows-what. It may not matter to most people but I'm a bit OCD, so the large, black block just doesn't work for me so I will order a white one now, and one that is smaller so it will fit the box I have for the charging cord.Now, as for the dispenser itself, I love it. The only problem I have it that it doesn't fit the soap area on my sink. I have a clamshell pedestal sink. The area that is "cut out" for the soap bar isn't shaped very well for this dispenser but I make it work. I just have to be careful not to bump it or it will tumble into the sink.I charged this on Dec 29, 2022, and today, Mar 03, 2023, if the first time I had to charge it. It probably was ready to charge a few days ago but the soap was about empty, and I was changing scents, so I waited until it was empty to wash out the soap chamber and charge at the same time. It is only me in the house so the amount of time between filling and charging will vary depending on use, just so you know that the time will vary depending on the number of people using it.It provides a good amount of foam and if I want more, I just put my hand under the sensor again. I probably have it on the middle setting to be dispensed. I think there are 3 different settings. I have several bottles of foaming soap from Bed Bath and Beyond. They are the same size as the soap cup for this, so I just pour it in and, once it's charged, it will be ready to go.It would be nice if they also offered different colors. My decor is OIL RUBBED BRONZE, so the GOLD trim stands out a little bit. Instead of making multiple different dispensers to match everyone's decor, maybe just making different colors of trim that are interchangeable. That would be cheaper and more economical. I read that some like silver, some gold, me bronze, so make it so either the different color bands are all included or the option to choose at purchase. That's just a suggestion.Basically, my ONLY real problem with this is that they didn't provide the wall block to charge with.

First off these are absolutely beautiful looking. However the quality is not consistent. I have these as the permanent soap dispensers in my home in 4 places. I have 5 of them as I also use it as the dish soap dispenser too. I’ve purchased maybe 10 of them in total… many through replacements because eventually- somehow - they all have broken. Either the tube inside stops sucking the soap, the middle area leaks, the power (tho fully charged) won’t actually go on.. we have had it all. I’m the fool because I keep buying them because they match my decor perfectly. So buyer beware…. Eventually it will break down… but in the meantime while it works, it’s clean, sleek, and trendy. Such a bummer…

This item feels cheaper than I would have liked. However, we get SO much use from it that I don’t care if it’s cheaper feeling than I thought. It stays on the counter so no one knows. The appearances of it say “fancy” and I’m here for it.

It was easy to add the liquid soap solution. The foam created by the dispenser is fluffy and spreads easily onto the hands. However, the dispenser does not sit firmly on my quartz countertop. The bottom of the plastic container is not flat. There is a curvature so the dispenser wobbles if I touch it. Should be better at this price point. But other than that it is an attractive unit.

I love that it is rechargeable. I hope the gold finish won't wear over time

The media could not be loaded.  I WANT to like this dispenser, but no matter what I try this thing will just not foam.I’ve attempted quite a few different mixtures of sop/water because I read that thicker soaps may need to be diluted. The video is what I have had to settle for when using this.I’m not sure if it’ll work for others, but for me it’s just been this.EDIT - I feel like I should take back some of what I said and give this thing the praise it actually deserves. I finally just bought pre-made foaming soap mix, and while I shouldn't have to do that when I've had other foamers work when I mix the soap myself, once I switched it has worked perfectly. I think I've only charged it 4 times since I've had it, and that's not a lot at all. I would definitely recommend this now if you're looking to "tech" up your soap for whatever reason.

I bought two of these. One is still going strong. The other died after 8 months. I’ll replace, but think I’ll go with another brand. Unable to determine what the warranty for this product might be.

I like this dispenser because It easy to use. It’s the best I have ever had. The combination of the two colors gold and the off white make it very elegant and adds a new touch to my bathroom. When my husband saw it he said: you made a good choice. If someone is looking for a beautiful, elegant and easy to use dispenser, I will advice you to buy this automatic soap dispenser.

Best home dispenser I’ve used! Well worth the price!
