My application is slightly different from normal. I had a squirrel and racoon problem. They emptied my bird feeders and bent the feeder pole. I tried making an electrified pole protector using PVC pipe but pvc did not have enough of insulator properties because the electricity burned its way between the electrodes. I bought these electric fence insulators for round posts. I had to modify the insulators by cutting the back side of the insulator so I could install it on the pole. Cut wood bocks and installed them to support the threads. After a week, with lots of rain I have no burn throughs or shorts. The squirrels check out the zapper but won't climb the pole. Racoons come at night but the pole is straight so the are keeping their distance.

This product is worthless. The plastic on the prongs is so hard it will not bend to allow real wire (12 1/2 Ga. red brand0 to be used. I build real fences not play garbage. To use this crap you would have to put the insulators on the wire and then put them on the post "Before" you pulled the wire tight This is NOT how you build a Fence. The people who are selling this crap have Never built a real elect. fence. You build your pull post, pull the wire tight, drive the steal post in the ground along the wire then attach the insulators to the post and the wire. The prongs that hold the wire "Need" to be flexible so as to get the wire into them . Made in America my Ass.

Great product, slide right onto our 1/4” fiberglass posts, but the bag had the incorrect number of items promised.

Had to setup a fence line after dark. Emergency situation. These connectors ROCK !!!! Very easy to deal with. Fence setup in no time at all.

This are kind of neat but more expensive than Zareba brand insulators. I did have one that was incompletely formed and so of no use. If you use a lot of insulators like I do, just a change of pace.

We use these on the electric fence we installed to keep the deer from destroying our trees and shrubbery. They're easy to use and hold up well in the sun, wind and inclement weather.

Easy to slide on post for electric fence. I find these sliders useful in tight areas along the electric fence that might cause some spiking if contact were made, i.e. wire fence or metal.

These are very inexpensive but work great for rebar fences. I have three around my property.
