Gave me very strange tingly arms and hands.
I have used magnesium for years in all forms, even Magnesium Chloride from another brand and have loved it for its sleep and muscle help. But for some reason every time I tried this life-flo magnesium, I started having really strange tingly sensation in lower arms and fingers. I stopped it, it went away. Started it a week later and same thing happened. Tried 3 times. Horrible product for me. Maybe it's the form of Calcium they use (Phosphate). Who knows, but it's not returnable.
