I put these on either side of the keyboard on my school and work laptops. I bite my nails anxiously while working or schooling and I haven't chewed my nails since I put these on. I pick them off and stick them back on constantly, so they're starting to come up on the corners, but that's my own fault.Interestingly, I didn't think the texture alone would help me but it really does. It's amazing how soothing the sensory experience is. I ordered the variety pack and myy only complaint is the texture on all the strips is the same, I thought it would have a variety of textures. But that's ok because they work and have held up really well to being picked off constantly. I'm going to order more to replace the ones I'm ruining and also for the back of my phone.

This helps me so much with anxiety and when I need to fidget in situation. It’s thick so you aren’t going to tear it by scratching hard on it. The sticky wears off the edges eventually because of constantly holding my phone. It’s easy to trim and put wherever on your phone. It’s not too hard to remove to put new ones on either. Highly recommend this product.

I had been looking for a discreet fidget item that wouldn’t cause distraction in the office. These work really well. They end up losing some of their stickiness after about 8 months, but that could also be due to how much I was able to use it to fidget with.

I’m an obsessive cuticle picker. This strip relieves some of my anxiety by rubbing my finger across it, but it is too rough/hard to satisfy my picking compulsion. Personally, I would prefer it to be more flexible and rubbery. Not a bad product, just not the best one for me! I’ve had it on the back of my phone case for a couple weeks. It is holding up very well.

Got 6 instead of 5! Great quality and price. They really help with preventing picking at your skin/nails. It was hard but I was able to cut a chunk out of one to put on my phone. Recommend!

First of all my son thought this was stupid they're too big for somebody to keep in their hand and they should be put on something that is not flexible, it's expensive for a piece of paper, if somebody needs to fidget they need to be able to keep it in their hand and not have people see what they're doing so it needs to be half the size and be able to fit in the palm of somebody's hand this is too big and it was a total waste of money

My boyfriend has PTSD and anxiety. He is always getting worked up and starts picking at his clothes or nails and cuticles. I was hoping this would help him funnel some of that energy into something else. He said he loves it, he put it on the back of his phone. While not perfect, during less serious "episodes" it helps him stay more in the present. He said it also helps him hold his phone other times as well. After getting this he said he realized how often he fidgets. I had noticed it more than him, that is why I got it for him as a gift. Since putting it on his phone he has started noticing just how much he uses it and it helps him gage his anxiety levels as well. 10/10 would recommend. For the cost it is 100% trying it out if you have any sensory needs or stressors.

Thought these were perfect and the texture was better than the original but in June 2022 they have all peeled apart and no longer usable
