Pretty much the same as ones costing hundreds of dollars
We discovered these years ago when our son was having issues with his arches. We went to a store where they take all kinds of measurements and such. Then we were “prescribed” the inserts that would be best for his type of arch. I believe at the time we paid close to $400. We were thinking that on all the commercials they have all of these celebrity testimonials so there must be something to it. To their credit they did provide excellent relief. Eventually, his feet got so bad while he was in high school that we went to a podiatrist and he had surgery, but was told that arch supports will be something that he will need to wear indefinitely. He sold us a pair, and said that he has to sell them at a higher cost in his office but to check Amazon for a better deal and we found these. Not only were they half the price of the podiatrist’s price and a third of what we bought at the store with the name brand. From what we saw there was no difference in the quality, durability,, and effectiveness in this brand compared to the $400 ones we had purchased. My son is now an adult and he still wears these and swears by them. My daughter has knee issues and needs support and she now wears them and swears by them as well. These are an unbelievable value for what you get. If you’ve been purchasing over priced arch supports try these instead.

Excellent for Vans!
AFTER TAKING OUT MY INSOLE, This insole allows my toes some toe box height in vans skateboard shoes. I could never wear these classic shoe design because of the poor support and lack of room with a full insole. So I glued this insole down and haven’t looked back!

Great comfort and arch support
I can wear these and be on my feet all day without hip or back pain These arch supports fit exactly as my custom made orthotics. At the price point, I can have several and keep them in my shoes instead of having only one pair and constantly having to remove and replace them for the pair of shoes that I’m wearing. Very pleased with this brsnd and 3/4 length style.

Perfect for cleats, cycling shoes, skates
I needed a 3/4 insole for winter cycling as my toes freeze in the cold. The 3/4 gives me more room and if I wanted I could put in a toe warmer. Cycling shoes like skates and cleats are a narrow shoe with very low volume. Cycling shoes are even more unique in that the shoe is very stiff. Cushioning is not the top priority in a cycling shoe. I tried a few other 3/4 insoles but they were either too wide and didn't fit my shoe or 'were made more for running, walking, hiking. I wanted thin, firm, light. Powerstep low profile 3/4 sport works great.

No Support At All
These are not good at all. Provides no support at all. I bought these to compare them to my insoles insert made by Move On. Move On insoles I would rate as a 10 out of 10, 5 stars. These Powerstep in soles I rate as a 1 out of 10, and 0 stars.
