It is smudging, it is not waterproof, it is so soft it stays on the skin and smudges everywhere. Horrible.

Hello everyone, the reason for my 3 stars is because of the misleading details given regarding its claim to being smudge proof, ITS NOT and because of this its probably not waterproof either?Bought just to touch up instead of wasting the expensive stuff when im out.Don't get me wrong, it goes on lovely and my eyebrows look more natural. I did have to go over it a few times, as I have thin eyebrows anyway due to over plucking with the old tweezers (we've all done it people, lol), so the first 'coat' was light in colour but then darker to match after a few times goingover it.I left it on for a while just it case it may have to dry a little, but no, it still smudged.Like most things in life, you get what you pay for

A bit chalky and thick. Had to use the brush to blend it in. Brush isn't fantastic. Hurt at times like there aren't enough bristles
