This seems to be a new fad going wild lately. EVERYONE wants St. Joseph in their yard when selling. Realtors everywhere are offering them to their clients and, apparently, real or imagined, St. Joseph seems to pull it off - can't argue with success, ESPECIALLY with St. Joseph!
