Q: Where can you get the seal kits? We bought this unit 6 months ago, need new seals and the manufacturer doesn’t sell them.

Measure your ribbed mixer shaft seal. I found these seals on ebay. You can tell by the picture it is the same one. You also can find food grade o rings on ebay. Search for soft ice cream machine auger or mixer seal. Then search for food grade orings. Many of these Chinese soft ice cream machines use the same mixer shaft seals. Also, make sure you measure the o ring diameter and it’s thickness.

Q: I need this machine in 220v voltage, do you have it???

We viewed several ice cream machines on the Amazon Web Site and several on there with the option of 220 volts. We needed the 115 volt machine due to limited electrical hook ups in the space where the ice cream machine is to be installed.
